SHIPPING & RETURNS

How long do orders usually take to get delivered?

All standard orders are shipped out not later than 48 hours from the posted payment for your order. Although, shipping times vary by delivery location, UPS standard service (Ground) generally takes 3 - 5 business days for delivery. UPS 3Day Service generally takes 3 - 4 days, UPS 2Day Service generally takes 2 - 3 days, and Next Day Service is delivered the following business day. This is also outside of the time it may take to actually process your order. Depending on the service you have selected, the project scope or other creative and/or labor intensive aspects of the job may take time to fulfill. This will be covered either during our consultation or if ordering photo's from PhotoReflect.com, times to fulfill an order will be listed on that site. Orders will not be billed until they are ready to ship.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method you select. You will be prompted to select your shipping method during checkout and you will be able to quote out different options.

How do I check on my order?

When you make a purchase, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order details, as well as several handy links to help you stay informed on the status of your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a follow up email informing you of the change in order status, along with tracking information that will allow you to pin point exactly where your order is while in transit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange something I ordered?

Because all of our work is custom printed to order, all sales are final. We are unable to use or recycle your printing after we have completed it. All digital media is checked for error prior to shipping. However, if a tape, CD or DVD arrives damaged you may call or contact us within one month to remedy the problem. We will request that the defective item be returned to us to verify that the product did in fact have an error. We will not replace any item that was intentionally damaged without charging for replacement. If the product was damaged due to error or not of negligence, then it will be replaced with an identical item. We will not refund any digital media for security reasons.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

Occassionally, UPS accidently mishandles packages. If your package appears to have been damaged in transit, please have the delivery person notate their records before signing for the package, or notify UPS immediately upon discovery of any damage by calling 1-800-742-8477. Once you've notified UPS, please contact us, and we will work with them to file a claim and resolve the incident.

I never received my order, what should I do?

Although very rare, packages do sometimes get lost in transit. If you happen to be one of those unlucky few, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company responsible for the error. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, we cannot be held responsible, and it will be up to you to dispute delivery with the carrier.
